1Remove the lamb chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking. In a small bowl combine the cumin, pepper, and brown sugar. Rub the mixture on both sides of lamb chops.
2In a separate bowl, combine the mango, jalapeño, and mint.
3Heat the grill to medium and grill the chops for about 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Remove the chops to a platter and let them rest for at least 5 minutes.
4Spoon the mango salsa over the lamb chops and serve.
